You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that your access to the System is secure. You agree to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account and immediately notify us of any suspected security breaches.

You agree to use the System solely for managing, analyzing, and reporting on your clients' portfolios, in accordance with applicable regulations. Any other use of the System, including but not limited to unauthorized data extraction, reverse-engineering, or tampering with the System’s functionalities, is prohibited.

While we strive to ensure that the System provides accurate and timely financial data, market information, and analytics, you acknowledge that such information may be subject to errors, delays, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying any information provided through the System before relying on it for client decision-making or portfolio management.

The System provides tools for analyzing and managing investment portfolios but does not provide investment advice. The decisions made using the System are your sole responsibility. You acknowledge that we do not provide personalized financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and you should rely on your own expertise and judgment when advising clients.

The System may integrate or provide data feeds from third-party providers, including market data, investment research, or portfolio management tools. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy or reliability of third-party data. You acknowledge that third-party data may be subject to restrictions and limitations as imposed by the providers, and we are not liable for any inaccuracies or unavailability of such data.

The System is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the functionality, availability, or accuracy of the System. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that your use of the System is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the System. In no event will our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms exceed the amount you have paid to access the System in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the System at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activities, or if your use poses a risk to the security or integrity of the System. You may also terminate your use of the System at any time by providing written notice.

These Terms and your use of the System are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil commotion, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
